Actions and purchases made on the website <\/span>www.rcgroup.com.pa<\/a><\/span>RC GROUP, owned by the company RC GROUP, with RUC No. 155648156-2-2017, and registered in the Commercial Section of the Public Registry of Panama, under Folio No. 155648156, shall be governed by the following Terms and Conditions. The client accepts and acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, prior to the execution of the requested service or legal procedure. <\/span><\/div>

Identity of the contracting parties<\/strong><\/p>

In order to receive information about the service contracted or to be contracted, the client will complete a form or will carry out a registration process in our portal www.rcgroup.com.pa<\/a> in a free and informed manner. In the registration process of the personal data provided by the client, the data will be treated under the Personal Data Treatment Policies. <\/p>


Information about our services<\/strong><\/p>

The services or legal procedures offered on the website owned by RC GROUP, https:\/\/www.rcgroup.com.pa<\/a> are accompanied by a detailed description of each one, allowing the consumer to make an informed purchase decision. If the client wishes to obtain more information about each of the audit, accounting and tax services offered in www.rcgroup.com.pa,<\/a> he\/she may contact our customer service area through the following email: contact@rcgroup.com.pa<\/a> <\/p>


Purchase value<\/strong><\/p>

The prices established for each of the services or legal procedures offered are those published on the website, including the Tax on the Transfer of Movable Goods and the Provision of Services (ITBMS \/ VAT). The price of each service on the website may be different from the final price agreed after resolving doubts or questions of each particular case. Therefore, in some cases the prices are merely indicative. Likewise, for most of the services offered, the final cost of the Service will always be agreed with our agent once the doubts that may arise have been elucidated. <\/p>

Prices may be modified at any time, without prior notice, therefore, the Customer must verify the same at the time of payment. The customer will have access to the summary of the purchase that will be displayed prior to payment. Likewise, such summary will already contain the Tax on the Transfer of Movable Goods and the Provision of Services (ITBMS \/ VAT). <\/p>


Order summary<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>

Prior to the completion of the purchase through payment, the customer will see a summary of the order of all the services he\/she intends to purchase, with the necessary elements for their identification; the individual price of each one of them, and the total price of the services, including the ITBMS\/VAT, as well as the additional costs to be paid for shipping and handling and the total amount to be paid, including the shipping address of his\/her order.<\/p>

The customer has the duty to verify that the transaction reflects his purchase intention, and other conditions, as well as the destination address. In the event of finding any inconsistency, the customer may make corrections or decline the sale. Once the verification is done, the purchase may be confirmed, which is understood to be express, known and voluntary, when the customer accepts the purchase summary, which directs to the payment. Payment<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>

Payment will be made through any of the means available on the page. The customer will receive within twenty-four (24) hours following the purchase, at the latest, an acknowledgement of receipt of the purchase order, with information about the services purchased, delivery time, total price paid, and the way in which the payment was made. <\/p>


Payment Support<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>

Special Conditions of Use for Customers<\/strong><\/p>

The following clauses shall govern the relationship between the Customer and RC GROUP, and these Special Conditions of Use for Customers shall be deemed to be part of the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

The use and\/or contracting of the services provided by RC GROUP determines the Client’s express adherence and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Customer expressly accepts as valid the online contracting of the services and their terms and conditions. <\/p>

Purpose of the website and scope of application<\/strong><\/p>

RC GROUP is a service company duly authorized by Panamanian law and that through an Internet platform provides auditing, accounting and tax services in the Republic of Panama for a fee.<\/p>

These services may be enabled on the Platform in whole or in part. Consequently, RC GROUP is not obligated to include in the Platform all the services described in the previous point. It shall be at RC GROUP’s discretion to add or remove services without any right in favor of Customer. <\/p>

This modification of services may be made immediately and without the need for any notification to Customers. Therefore, the services available will be those that are active on the Platform at any given time. <\/p>

RC GROUP makes available to the Clients, a group of qualified Professionals who provide the services referred to in the first paragraph of this condition.<\/p>

Use of the Technology Platform<\/strong><\/p>

In order to carry out the contracting procedure of the services that the Clients expose through the completion of the various information forms that RC GROUP makes available on its online platform ( www.rcgroup.com.pa<\/a> ), RC GROUP provides its Clients with a team of Professionals that allows them to identify the services required by them and proceeds to resolve their needs quickly and effectively.<\/p>

Publication of information<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>

In order for RC GROUP to use the information provided by Customers, Customers must grant RC GROUP permission for RC GROUP to have the right to use such material under the legal regulations on copyright, trademarks, advertising and personal databases concerning Customers, in any known and unknown media.<\/p>

Identification of the services the Customer wishes to receive<\/strong><\/p>

The Client will select on the website www.rcgroup.com.pa<\/a>, the service he\/she wishes to contract and in order to receive detailed information about the possibilities of his\/her case, he\/she must complete and attach the requested documents.<\/p>

RC GROUP will make a detailed study of the Customer’s request and may contact the Customer to receive or clarify any questions about the procedure or service to be provided.<\/p>

The specific identification of the services, the availability of such services and any other aspects affecting the provision of such services shall be managed by RC GROUP. Once these aspects have been identified, RC GROUP shall assign a suitable professional to solve the case received.<\/p>

From the moment the Professional is assigned, RC GROUP undertakes to follow up on the cases and their resolution and to attend to any request from the Clients, guaranteeing the correct execution of the assigned Project in due time and form.<\/p>

The Client will publish through the Platform accounting activities, business management consulting activities, bookkeeping, auditing and tax consulting, preparation of reports and studies on commercial, economic, financial, administrative and organizational matters.<\/p>

The information provided by the Customer through the website www.rcgroup.com.pa<\/a> or by e-mail must exist, be real and truthful. The Customer is solely responsible for the information provided to RC GROUP. Customers must provide true, accurate, current and complete information. Customer’s information must not be linked, directly or indirectly, to any other website. Customers shall not impersonate any other person or entity, or use false or unauthorized identities. <\/p>

Under no circumstances may the Client include in the information provided data of identified or identifiable natural or legal persons. In the event that this information is necessary for the provision of the services we offer, it will only be provided once the services have been contracted and within the established contractual relationship. <\/p>

Customer agrees not to use any contact and personal information of another Customer or Professional, to send unauthorized messages or messages with commercial content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions, or when expressly authorized by a Customer or Professional, after adequate disclosure of the purpose for which this information is intended. In addition, each Customer by using the RC GROUP Service authorizes RC GROUP to use the information only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, data protection and privacy laws. <\/p>

Customer may not use these spaces provided on the Platform to include information that is obscene, abusive, or that constitutes a threat, libel or slander, or that violates the honor, privacy or image of persons or invades the privacy of third parties, infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise offensive to third parties or industrially harmful to property or interests of RC GROUP, the Professionals or third parties that have any kind of relationship with RC GROUP.<\/p>

Likewise, it is strictly forbidden to use the Platform in a way that harms the Platform Users or third parties.<\/p>

Customer shall also refrain from any action that in any other way overloads, damages or renders useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of RC GROUP or third parties.<\/p>

RC GROUP reserves the right to delete or modify any information provided by the Customer, if it considers that the information is harmful.<\/p>

In the event that Customer detects any information or content offered by third parties that may be considered unlawful, Customer may notify RC GROUP through the procedure described in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>

To insert information on the Platform, the Client must complete the registration form and accept the terms, conditions and data policy. Once the information is published or uploaded, if it complies with the publication rules of the Platform, the Client will receive a notification confirming the publication of the information. <\/p>

The information uploaded on the Platform will remain published on the Platform for an uninterrupted period and until the contracted service has come to an end. Once the service has ended. RC GROUP undertakes to archive such information for the periods established by law, in order to safeguard its responsibilities in the future. <\/p>


Form and Scope of Services <\/strong>contracted<\/span><\/p>

RC GROUP is committed to the Clients of its Platform(www.rcgroup.com.pa)<\/a> to guarantee:<\/p>

  1. Study of your case by receiving the forms provided online.<\/li>
  2. Immediate response to your request, as well as contacting the Client by email or telephone to clarify not only the doubts arising from your request, but also to answer any questions related to the service or the request that the Client may have.<\/li>
  3. Maintain communication with the Client in order to receive all the necessary information to follow up on their case or request and resolve their application.<\/li>
  4. Once we have received all the information, in telematic form, that RC GROUP considers necessary to process your request, we will proceed to the payment of the requested service. Once the payment has been made, RC GROUP will proceed to authorize its staff to access the Client’s information, who will contact the Client within 24 hours to discuss the details of the case and proceed with the start of the accounting records, audit procedures or tax processes. <\/li>
  5. RC GROUP undertakes to ensure compliance with the times provided and to respond to any request or complaint made by the Customer, as well as to respond to them within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours. RC GROUP undertakes to ensure that the contracted service is developed in time and in the agreed manner, and especially to keep the Customer informed. <\/li><\/ol>

    The Client may waive the right to receive the agreed services subject to the existence of causes that make the continuity of the relationship impossible. Upon such request, RC GROUP shall evaluate the status of the process or procedure in order to make a decision on the matter that is most beneficial to all parties. The stage of the process must also be evaluated, as well as all the steps already taken by the parties. <\/p>

    Exclusion of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

    RC GROUP<\/span> reserves the right to investigate any negative, or suspected negative, situations and fraudulent evaluations. <\/span>RC GROUP<\/span> may also remove reviews and comments that are reproduced on the Platform, if it deems appropriate, and even remove Customer’s status when it deems appropriate and prevent Customer from interacting with the Platform again.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    RC GROUP guarantees that it has all the necessary qualifications and authorizations to provide professional auditing, accounting and tax services and that it has not been convicted by a final judgment for committing crimes, nor has it been disqualified for the exercise of its professional activity.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    The Customer assumes that it is his\/her responsibility to check the accuracy of all information or documents submitted by <\/span>RC GROUP<\/span>before accepting any of the services.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    RC GROUP<\/span> guarantees the Client the knowledge of the status of the procedure or process at all times. In addition, <\/span>RC GROUP<\/span> offers its Platform and its other electronic means for Clients to communicate related complaints in order to reach an understanding.<\/span><\/p>

    Conflict Resolution<\/strong><\/p>

    Whenever there is a dispute between a Client and <\/span>RC GROUP<\/span>GROUP, firstly, an attempt should be made to resolve the dispute directly between the parties and secondly, the case will be brought before the ordinary jurisdiction in the Province of Panama, Republic of Panama.<\/span><\/p>

    Suspension and termination<\/strong><\/p><\/div>

    RC GROUP<\/span> reserves the right to suspend or interrupt its Service to a Customer, with immediate effect, at any time, when it suspects that the Customer is in breach of any aspect of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>

    Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>

    RC GROUP <\/span>provides its information and consulting services free of charge to Clients who request information about the services through our technological platform by means of an e-mail or contact form.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    The Client will only pay for the services once he\/she agrees with the contracted terms and conditions. Payment can be made through our Platform by credit card, bank transfer and any other means available on the Platform. <\/span><\/p>

    General<\/strong><\/p>

    The User declares and acknowledges having read in full the terms of use of these Terms and Conditions. The connection at the following address: <\/span>www.rcgroup.com.pa<\/a><\/span> implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    RC GROUP<\/span> reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, these Terms and Conditions. It is therefore up to the user to regularly consult the latest version of these Terms and Conditions published at the following address <\/span>www.rcgroup.com.pa\/terminosycondiciones<\/a><\/span>. At each new connection to the website the user will expressly accept the updated version of the Terms and Conditions. <\/span><\/p><\/div>

    In the event that the user does not comply with these Terms and Conditions applicable, <\/span>RC GROUP<\/span> reserves the right to suspend Customer’s User’s account without prior notice, and may deny Customer access to the Service.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    The titles of the clauses do not affect the content of the clauses.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    The waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement by either party or any breach or default by Customer may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Panamanian law.
