Transacción – R&C Lawyers asesoró a Vivir Frente al Mar, S.A.

R&C Lawyers actuó como asesor legal de Vivir Frente al Mar, S.A., en su calidad de emisor, en el registro ante la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Panamá y listado en la Bolsa Latinoamericana de Valores, S.A., de un programa rotativo de bonos corporativos por un monto de hasta US$80,000,000, a ser ofrecidos públicamente en múltiples series.

El equipo de R&C Lawyers brindó asesoría al emisor y al estructurador, Mercantil Servicios de Inversión, S.A., en relación con todos los aspectos legales de la oferta pública, así como las gestiones ante la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Panamá y las distintas organizaciones autorreguladas involucradas.

El Licenciado Pablo Epifanio (Socio) y la Licenciada María Sofía Barreiro (Asociada), participaron en esta transacción.

R&C Lawyers acted as legal counsel to Vivir Frente al Mar, S.A., as issuer, in the registration with the Superintendency of the Securities Market of Panama and listing on the Panamanian Stock Exchange, S.A. (Bolsa Latinoamericana de Valores S.A.), of corporate bonds under a revolving program for an amount up to US$80,000,000, to be issued in multiple series.

The R&C Lawyers team provided advice to the issuer and the structurer, Mercantil Servicios de Inversión, S.A., in relation to all legal aspects of the public offering, as well as the registration procedures before the Superintendency of the Securities Market of Panama and other self-regulatory organizations involved in the transaction.
